After graduating from University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Craig started his career in 1981 selling commercial HVAC Systems to mechanical contractors and engineers. Using a Design/Build approach many of these systems required unique control strategies and led to the development of a control company, Viron Energy Management Systems. In 1993 the company became Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Located in Weymouth Massachusetts, BAS serves the New England area, working with both new facilities and retrofitting existing buildings. BAS provides its customers with turnkey design/build commercial HVAC installations and specialize in Direct Digital Control electronic systems, sales, as well as complete HVAC service.
Bob joined Building Automation Systems in 1995, and was instrumental in developing their mechanical installation and service department.
Bob graduated from Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology, Boston, MA in 1974 with a certificate in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Controls. He started his career with Raytheon. During his ten year tenure as a HVAC Technician he was trained on large Chillers, Computer Room A/C units and Pneumatic Controls.
Bob moved on to become the Service Manager for Kemper & Associates, a Mechanical contractor. After gaining five years of experience in this position, he went into sales with National Maintenance & Service, a Mechanical Contractor. While in this position, Bob met Craig Noble and they worked together on various design/build commercial projects.
